The first release in Teeling’s Brabazon Bottling range, which will explore the impact that fortified wine casks have on the flavour profile of Irish whiskey. 

Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 10% ABV – This limited run annual release is the eagerly anticipated collaboration by Galway Bay Brewery and Teeling Whiskey Company.

This beautifully presented release celebrates the opening of Teeling’s distillery in the Irish capital, the first to open in 125 years. Distilled in 1999 it’s been exclusively aged in rum casks for the entire maturation and bottled without chill filtration at 46% abv. only 10,000 bottles have been produced.

This is made with older aged Jameson with a high measure of pure pot-still whiskey in the mix, a fair proportion of which has been aged in sherry casks to add spicy sweetness.

Produced by West Cork Distillers. Dubbed the official Irish whiskey of the legendary band, The Pogues is made in Skibbereen, west Cork. This blended whiskey is sweet and intense with notes of malt and cracked nuts.

Gunpowder Irish Gin with goblets and Fevertree tonic.

Produced at Japan’s Kyoto Distillery, Ki No Bi is the first gin to be made in the city. This has classic juniper notes which complement the Japanese botanicals. With a warming and spicy finish, this will make a delicious G&T.

Jawbox Classic Dry is a single-estate gin made at Echlinville distillery near Belfast. Made using 11 botanicals including heather, liquorice, cubeb and grains of paradise, this works particularly well in a G&T.

A limited-edition Reserve Tawny Port from Taylor’s, which pays homage to its long history. This delicious port is made from a carefully-selected blend of Taylor’s tawny stocks and has all of the brand’s characteristic richness – while also boasting a character entirely its own.

A 2015 limited-edition extension to Dan Aykroyd’s Crystal Head range, this is named after the natural light phenomenon, Aurora Borealis. Made with English wheat and Canadian water, this is five-times distilled and seven-times filtered. Drier, bolder and spicier than the original.
